After receiving your order confirmation, please allow 5 - 10 days for processing and shipping to your home.
If the carrier is unable to deliver the items due to an incorrect address or if the package is unclaimed by the customer, it will be returned to our store.

Exchange and return policy
At CCD, we take pride in the unmatched quality of our products. That's why every order undergoes a rigorous 3-step quality check before shipping. However, in the rare event that a damaged or mislabeled item slips through our quality control or is damaged during shipping, we take full responsibility and offer a free replacement.
Cases that do not allow returns or exchanges
Please note that CCD only offers refunds for products that are damaged or mislabeled, not for buyer's remorse. Additionally, incorrectly ordered sizes are not eligible for refunds as we produce everything on demand, making a size change equivalent to creating a new product.
